Connected data

You connect your accounting system once, read-only. This is the context GrantsMAX uses everywhere, from assessing eligibility to drafting the application and assembling the evidence trail.

Discovery

GrantsMAX scans your data against government grants and R&D tax incentives and surfaces the programs you may be eligible for, so you do not have to know which programs exist before you start.

Eligibility

For each program, GrantsMAX produces an eligibility assessment with risk flags: which activities may qualify, where the evidence is strong, and where more support is needed before lodgement.

Evidence trail

Every figure in the pack traces back to a source document in your accounts. The supporting-evidence index makes the claim audit-ready and gives your accountant a clear path from number to source.

Application pack

The prepared output: an eligibility assessment, R&D activity narratives, a cost structure pulled from your accounts, a supporting-evidence index, and a draft application ready for review.

Accountant in the loop
