Connect your accounting data and prepare your first evidence-backed claim in hours, not weeks.
This guide takes you from connecting your data to a submission-ready pack your accountant can lodge.
1. Connect your data
Open Integrations and connect your accounting system, read-only: Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace. GrantsMAX reads your data to assess eligibility, it never writes back.
2. Discover eligible programs
GrantsMAX scans your data and surfaces the government grants and R&D tax incentives you may be eligible for, each with a short eligibility summary and risk flags.
3. Review the eligibility assessment
Open a program to see the assessment: which activities may qualify, where the evidence is strong, and which areas need more support before your accountant signs off.
4. Prepare the application pack
GrantsMAX drafts the application from your data: R&D activity narratives, a cost structure pulled from your accounts, and a supporting-evidence index where every figure traces to a source document.
5. Hand off to your accountant
Share the pack with your registered accountant or tax agent. They review, refine, and lodge. Your accountant stays in control, and your business owns the claim.
