Read-only access
GrantsMAX connects to your accounting systems and document stores read-only. It reads what it needs to assess eligibility and prepare the application, and it never writes back to your books.
Data security
Your connected data is used to discover eligible programs and prepare your application, nothing else. You manage every connection under Settings, and you can revoke access at any time.
Audit-readiness
Every figure in the pack traces to a source document, and the supporting-evidence index records that trail. The result is an evidence-backed claim your accountant can substantiate.
Registered tax agent lodgement
GrantsMAX prepares, it does not lodge. A registered tax agent reviews, refines, and lodges the claim. Your accountant stays in the loop and is never replaced, and your business owns the claim.
