GrantsMAX connects to the systems your business already runs on, read-only.
Accounting systems
Connect Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks so GrantsMAX can read your cost structure, transactions, and ledgers to assess eligibility and prepare the application. Access is read-only, and you manage connections under Settings, Integrations.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace so GrantsMAX can read supporting documents and correspondence that back up your R&D activity narratives. As with everything else, access is read-only.
MCP server
GrantsMAX exposes an MCP endpoint so any MCP client, such as Claude, can use its tools on your data: discovered programs, eligibility assessments, application packs, cost structures, evidence indexes, and supporting documents. It signs in with your account using OAuth.
